Is it possible to transfer my saved workspace from illustrator cc 2017 to 2018?

I tried to copy the workspace file from:

C:\Users\Windows Design\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 21 Settings\en_AE\x64\Modified Workspaces

to:

C:\Users\Windows Design\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings\en_AE\x64\Modified Workspaces

But when i launch illustrator 2018 the workspace file disappears immediately from the Modified Workspaces folder
