Is "Snap to Point" broken on 30.6?

Snap to Point is ON but it’s not snapping. Smart Guides works but the lines can be pretty distracting.

Is this happening with anyone else?

Working properly here (30.6 Mac).

If you have other “Snap To” s on, like Snap to Grid, this could interfere

As for Smart Guides, if you don’t like the alignment guides, you can turn them off in Preferences
