Is there a way to export properties of the vertices of a gradient mesh?

I created a gradient mesh in Adobe illustrator, now I would like to use the gradient mesh in some other applications. I would like to know the positions, colors and the tangents of each vertex of the gradient mesh (or at least the colors), but so far I found the only way is to manually record the properties for each point, which is very tedious when my gradient mesh gets complicated.

Is there a way to automate this process? The best result would be outputing the RGB color of each vertex to a text file.
