Is there a way to get my preferences and workspaces from a older computer to a newer computer Mac

Hello, how are you doing today? I have my older laptop with my creative cloud desktop app with all of my preferences, workspaces, brushes, plugins etc I like and I am trying to figure out what would I need to do to get download my creative cloud desktop and my programs on my new laptop? Also, is there a way to transfer or get all of preferences, workspaces, brushes, plugins from my older versions of my apps to the newer versions of the programs on the new computer or no? Would I have to do it manually to transfer the files over? This is the first time I am installing Adobe programs on a new laptop, and I thought someone might have answers and feedback for me to understand on what I would need to do if they did this before. I don't know alot about this subject and any feedback would be very helpful.

You can try and Edit > My. settings > Export and then import on the other computer.

Or go to the locations, grab the settings files and put them on the other computer. All of this might not work at least for some of the settings when the version is different.
