Is there a way to get the color value of the bottom layer of an imported image, at the center point

There are two layers in the document. An image is imported into the bottom layer, and the top layer contains pathItems. Is there a way to get the color value of the bottom layer of an imported image, at the center point of the pathItem of the top layer using a script???
