Is there a way to recover user settings after beta updates?

I've been using the Illustrator beta version for a little while now, and it's got some cool updates, but one of the frustrations I've run into is that every single time the beta gets an update, it resets all my user settings. I know how to place presets into the Application Settings, etc., but the one that's most frustrating is workspaces. I cannot find where my custom workspaces are saved, so I can't create a quick backup. Does anyone know where to find custom workspaces in Finder so I can?

Here are the settings' locations: https://www.vektorgarten.de/illustrator-settings.html

You could also try Edit > My settings > Export

Thanks… exporting the settings worked just fine from the looks of things, and the settings location guide is super helpful. I usually don't struggle finding the stuff, but this one was a little tougher.

I'm not sure the exact path to the preferences folder on Mac OS (it should be in your user Library), but within it should be \Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings\en_GB\x64\Workspaces
