Is there a way to resize multiple artboards, including the artwork, at the same time in Illustrator?

I've created a range of planners, in different colours, for different months etc in Illustrator in A4 size. I now need to make these US letter size and wondered if there is a way I can resize all of the artboards, including the artwork on each page, at the same time? Any help very much appreciated! 🙂
