Is there a way to turn off AI marketing and popups in-software?

The AI popups for new features are driving me crazy. I don't want to use them. It's interrupting my workflow, these things are out of control. I don't know who Adobe thinks they're marketing to, this is one of the groups most skeptical of AI and I get it shoved in my face every time I go to design something as a human.

I know you can turn off tool tips, can you turn off these too?
