Is there an Anchor Point Tool available in Illustrator on the iPad? Can't find it

I can;t find this tool in the ipad version, do you know where I can find it?

You have to use the buttons in the contextual toolbar and the touch target to do the jobs that the anchor point tool does.

Ok, so just to confirm, the tool isn't available so I have to utilize other tools to achieve the same effect?  Thanks!
