Is there any actual Adobe technical support. After 12 years, apps won't update. Illustrator.

Could you share a few more details about what's happening, including the operating system and Illustrator version you're using, and whether this issue occurs with all files or just certain ones? A screenshot or short screen recording of the error during update or when Illustrator malfunctions would also be really helpful.
