Is there any actual Adobe technical support. After 12 years, apps won't update. Illustrator.

The subject line above should be sufficient.  Illustrator was working fine 2 hours ago.  Now is malfunctions, and update also malfunctions.  Tech Support is needed.  Where is it?

I'm sorry to hear that Illustrator has stopped working for you and that the updates aren't going through. Could you share a few more details about what's happening, including the operating system and Illustrator version you're using, and whether this issue occurs with all files or just certain ones? A screenshot or short screen recording of the error during update or when Illustrator malfunctions would also be really helpful.
