Is there any way to set limit as '0' for the rest of my life

hello,

I am so frustrated with this stroke limit in illustrtor. I become crazy to set it manually to zero or one everytime I do illustration, is therer any setting or way I can put it to 0 so that it never comes back as 10 in every new document or in every time I start draw something in stroke? Thank you
