Is your hyperlink not working? maybe this will help

The case below is my personal story on this matter:

I designed a Press kit (PDF with linked icons or sentences) for a client; all links worked but one link! 

I've tried to seek help anywhere- no one seems to know the problem.

Thanks to my partner, I was able to fix it - It amazing how little this fix was!

My text setting was in all caps mode, so when I copied the link, it pasted it in all caps. wow

When I changed it back, the link worked.
