isolate path for stroke?

Guys, how do i isolate the path.

i don't want the green showing on the right, tried but no luck

You will need to delete the green.

But it depends on how exactly this is built.

Your video is not helpful. We need a close up screenshot of the part, an outline view and the layers panel (open it so objects can be seen.

Is that the green line you are pointing to in the video?

The line has no green attribute.
