Isolation Mode not work in Illustrator CC2017

For some reason, Isolation Mode isn't working in my CC2017. When I double click, it does drill down but once I reach a group I have to manually ungroup to drill down further. In previous versions, I could simply keep double clicking. Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks in advance!

I just checked mine and it is working.

Check again to see that you do not have any other pluginns  or if it is checked in the Preferences

Sometimes when you update things in the preferences might be unchecked...

If I am understanding correct your have a nested group. Double clicking will get you into isolation mode, but double clicking agin will not allow to go get inside a group.

Working fine for me on Mac 10.10.5 CC 2017.0.2. I have a group of 3 back & white rectangles, and then I made 2 more copies and grouped them. Had no problem making one rectangle to be orange, took me 2 rounds of double-clicks.

Do you have 2017.02, and do you have any nonstandard plug ins that affect your system or Adobe Illustrator?
