issue of adobe illustrator cc 2020 for not showing some options in interface.

hi, some one please help me . my adobe illustrator cc 2020 is not showing the options of film and video,art and illustration,web and mobile etc  every time i press the create new key.someone plz tell where do i get them.  here are the screen shots of my illustrators interface.
