Issue with Creative Cloud Subscription

My name is Jakob, and I'm from Austria. I have a subscription to "Creative Cloud with all applications (100 GB)" which includes access to all Adobe applications.

Recently, when I open the Creative Cloud on my PC, it shows that I have the same subscription with all the applications included. However, when I try to open applications like Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and others through the Creative Cloud, I encounter an error message stating that these applications are not part of my current subscription.

Strangely, some time ago, I could access all the applications without any issues. I'm not sure what has changed or why this issue is occurring now.

I'm seeking assistance from the community to help me find a solution to this problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve it? I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or steps to take in order to resolve this matter.

Additionally, if this is not the appropriate place to seek support for such issues, kindly direct me to the appropriate channels or support team that I should reach out to.

Thank you all for your time and support.

Best regards, Jakob

Have you tried installing applications under your account on more than 2 computers? You might need to visit the account.adobe.com web page, click the Plans and Payment menu and select Activated Devices to make sure your account isn't signed in on more than 2 computers.

Usually signing out of Creative Cloud and then signing back in will solve some basic problems.
