I have the screenshot of what it's doing here, some days it decides not to do this but 80% of the time I'm stuck with this.

Photoshop has also been doing the same thing, I updated all my drivers and I'm running off an Acer Nitro 5.

Due to this issue I can't get my homework done please help!

Hi Lourdes,

Sorry about this issue. In addition to the details asked by Daniel, could you please confirm if it happening with a specific file or all the files? Where the files are saved(Network Drive/ Dropbox/ Google Drive/ Folder synced with I-Cloud/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?

Also, please try Toggling GPU preview by pressing CTRL/CMD+E and let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Srishti

All files, even if I create a new one it continues the same way. today I opened illustrator and it was working fine but I'm worried because it goes back to bugging out at random. I'm running it off windows 10, I went back to a previous version but both it and the newest version have the same issue.

What about View > Preview on GPU or CPU?

Hi Lourdes,

Please try resetting preferences and let us know if that helps: How to set preferences in Illustrator.

Also, if possible please update Graphics card driver, whenever possible(Do not use CD/DVDs, uninstall it and reinstall from manufacturer's website for latest drivers)

Regards,

Srishti
