Issue with jpg, png and tiff exported from AI

In the system's photo browsing tool (Windows 10), they open to me as follows:
When I click on them, for a second you can see the correct photo and after a while 
they turn black. Additionally, if I send such a photo to someone, it also turns black.
 I haven't changed anything in the AI settings, I'm doing everything as before.
 JPG with PS opens correctly. I also did AI reinstall but nothing changed.

Do they open correctly in a proper photo editing software such as Photoshop?

If so, then there's nothing Illustrator can do about it and the issue is with your image viewer.
