Issue with stripes when I zoom out on a graphic

Hi There,

 

Working with a file and when I zoom out the graphic turns to stripes. I've updated illustrator and also restarted my computer twice and can't seem to get to the bottom of this. Any help much appreciated. The graphics are bitmaps.  Below is the zoom level at which I can see the illustrations again as well as the zoomed out stripes.

This is a know issue with bitmap images in version 28.5.

Using the CPU preview will show it correct (Cmd or Ctrl E).

It is solved in the recent beta and prerelease version.
