Issues on Jpegs output render by export as VS export fo screens...

Hi, Im having trouble on jpegs output on illustrator using export as vs export for screens.

 

Both jpegs ouput have the same dimensions. But when I paste it on the PDF, jpegs rendered by the export for screen is much bigger than the jpg rendered by the export as option.

I don't understand at all what you're doing there.

Also: Are the JPEGs exactly the same pixel dimensions AND resolution?

    Sorry its also hard to explain the problem is. but yea, both files have the same pixel dimension. I want to understand how export as and export for screen works. AI file is set 199px 

    Export as JPG at 300 ppi

    Export for scree at JPG100 at 300 resolution
