Issues PLEASE HELP

Hi

I am getting more and more issues regarding Saving and Opening my desings. I have lost a few of them in this way, can you please help?

Here are the latest error bugs I'm getting, 

This while trying to save. (plus, I have an issue where my Saving process is taking minutes now. Way too long for a small file. and it shows 'not responding' for a bit too)

And this one while trying to open a file.. 

I have been getting corrupted files lately, I used to never get them. Can you please help? 

What is the issue do you think?
