Issues with Previewing Bitmap and TIFF Files in Adobe Illustrator

Hello Adobe Community,

I’m experiencing issues with previewing bitmap and TIFF files in Adobe Illustrator. When I import these files, they often turn into stripes or show significant visual errors. Here are some additional details about the problem:

  1. File Types: Bitmap (.bmp) and TIFF (.tiff) files.
  2. Symptoms: The files display as stripes or have major visual errors in the preview.

    I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on configurations or additional steps to try, I would be very thankful.
