I have a problem in my Adobe Illustrator. It opens all files as white blank canvas.

Please help me to solve this issue. I need the Illustrator for work as soon as possible.

Do you save them to a cloud folder on your desktop?

The files are saved directly to the desktop, I did not save them to the cloud.

Where are the files located?

Can you still see something in the files when you open them in Acrobat?

What's the filesize? Reasonable or 0 KB?
