It possible to create a tab that extends as you type?

I want to create a set of tabs that look like this:

Is there a way to create a tab where I can type in copy and the tab adjusts width as I type? Otherwise I will have to type each tab and then maulally adjust the width!  I have a lot to create so hoping there is a qucik way to do this! Thanks!
