I have a display problem in the program that gets this jamming

The feature is designed to speed things up but, unfortunately, many machines have video cards and possibly even processors that can't handle the feature and thus the poor display. Unless you want to change your video card and maybe even your processor you'll have to choose between speed and picture quality.
