Joining two paths together

Hello,

I have joined two circles together using the Shape Builder Tool however, one curved of the line has not been included and I can't seem to join two seperate paths together. Can someone help me please!

Hi, if I were you I would also try put the shapes in position and use the devide (pathfinder tools) and then cut the paths not needed.

Instead of trying to fix it, just go back and redo it, remove the 2 lines with the shapebuilder tool and the Alt key pressed.

Thanks for that! I am now left with this..

I'm trying to fill the outer circles with colour and the inner circle will be left without a colour as the design may be going against a coloured background. Can you help with this?

Use Live Paint to fill them.
