jpg export illustrator problem

"I have a problem. I always export objects to JPG, and since version 29, I have random issues. For example, a basketball jersey with a number that has a stroke/outline (a margin). Everything is fine in the vector, but when rasterizing, the outline is lost. It doesn't get fixed until I change that number to another one using the same font, and then it works. I've updated Illustrator twice, but this problem appears randomly—it might not show up for a whole week, but then after printing, I always find that the outlines on my numbers are randomly disappearing. What is happening and how can I fix it?"

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. Could you please confirm the exact version of Illustrator and the operating system you’re using? It would also help to know if this issue happens only when exporting to JPG or if you notice the same with PNG or other raster formats.

If possible, please share a sample AI and the corresponding exported file where the issue appears, so I can test it further. You can also try resetting Illustrator preferences manually and then relaunching the app to see if that helps: https://adobe.ly/3JmlCXb.
