just downloaded adobe and when it says “fetching subscription details” it goes to a screen that says “adobe illustrator on the IPad” but i cant use adobe bc it says “please check your network connection and try again”

​@sharp_Twinkle7d51 By restart your iPad, It will make you sign back in to your Creative Cloud account. Log in with the same Adobe ID you used to buy Illustrator—using a different email won’t activate the app. Also turn off any VPN you’re using, just temporarily, so Illustrator can connect and install properly.
