keeps crashing

Hi, the old version of illustrator 2023 kept crashing so i updated it but also this 2024 version keeps crahsing. anyone else got the same issue? it goes blanc and al my keys dissapear and then i have to force it to stop so i can start it up again. this keeps happening in the same loop with hours between.
