What happened to this option. I use it all the time and it is gone.

@Sara385560896mzj did you try resetting Illustrator preferences (Command K)

Resetting my preferences seem to do the trick. Thank you so much! I did have an update to my iOS this morning, not sure if that had anything to do with it. Thank you again.

You did not by any chance install Illustrator in a different language?

I did not install any other languages. However, when I do an “about” it lists 18 languages.

Hello @Sara385560896mzj,

Thanks for confirming. Were there any recent changes made to your computer/Illustrator after which you started having this problem? Also, have you already checked if the Keyboard Shortcuts are assigned correctly (https://adobe.ly/4eukCur), and if not, reassigning them to see if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

@Sara385560896mzj it's still working for me...since you are using Command (which I am too)

Mac:
Command Shift < or Command Shift > will enlarge your text by 2 pts
Command Shift { or Command Shift } will track your text by 20pts

Restarted in safe mode. Still not working. I am using Sequoia 15 and Illustrator 28.7.1 It is working correctly in Photoshop and InDesign.

What System and what AI version do you use?

Seems to work fine om my Mac Ventura 13.6.9 with Illustrator 28.7.1

Any other apps running that could steal your shortcuts?

Hello @Sara385560896mzj,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try restarting your computer in Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and then relaunching Illustrator to see if it works? Doing this  will help identify if any other application is conflicting with Illustrator as Ton suggested.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
