Know how much "Time Spent" working on Adobe Apps

I would like to know how many hours did I send working with adobe program? Is it possible to know through he program?

I'm asking that because with autodesk programs this is possible, and it is useful to to charge the customer a fair price.

    For what I know it's not possible, but you can use a time service like Toggl in case

    If I get your question correctly, you need to know the time you spent working on Adobe program like Illustrator or InDesign?
