Known scripting causes of AI crashing?

I've got a script that has worked well up until a few versions back, AI started crashing with: crash exception="EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" instruction="0x00000000709DE70C"

The funny thing is, I can run the script in ESTK and it runs just fine, it's only when trying to use the script through the AI File menu that the crash occurs.  Also, the script completes (I have an alert at the very end thatdoes pop up) so the crash seems to be happening between the script ending completely and AI taking back over.  Does anyone know of any known issues that might be causing this?
