Laptop for Adobe GPU Radeon 890M vs RTX 3700

I am planning to purchase a new laptop with either a Radeon 890M or an RTX 3700.
Has anyone used the Radeon 890M for work in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and can share how it compares to something like the RTX 3060 or GTX 1650?
Is CUDA still recommended for working with these applications?
