Laser cutter print settings box not showing since installation of Windows 11

Hi all,

We currently print (send files) directly from Adobe Illustrator to the Epilog laser cutter. When print is selected the dialogue box has a settings button which, when clicked, opens an Epilog settings box that allows the user to change settings such as power and speed. All was fine until the IT department upgraded to Windows 11. Now we cannot get the setting box to appear. If we try and send a print job from another program (eg Notepad) to the laser cutter we are able to bring up the Epilog settings box so I’m thinking this is rather an Adobe issue than a windows 11 issue. Any help appreciated.
