Latest update crashes constantly on new file or open.

I hate to say "Title says it all," but pretty much. 

 

On 27.5 (updated 5 days ago per CC). App launches perfectly fine, but freezes 100% of the time on new file creation or file open. 

 

Windows 11.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. Also, if you have Antivirus software enabled, kindly try adding the Adobe applications to the exclusion list or disabling the Antivirus software temporarily to check if it helps.

This often points to a missing printer. Do you have one installed, set up and turned on?
