Latest Version of Illustrator Crashes When Opening

For a couple of weeks Illustrator would crash about 75% of the times that I opened the application. Ran diagnostics, no help. Uninstalled all prior versions. Installed latest version. Still no luck.

 

2017 Macbook Pro

OS: Catalina (10.15.7 (19H2))

Processor: 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

 

All other installed Adobe programs open and work correctly (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Acrobat).

 

Latest version of CC installed.

 

Please help!!!

Hi, try to remove it using adobe clean remove the tool and install it again latest applications need big VGA size so maybe this is a problem turn off the GPU option from preferences...regards

NM. Thanks, but no success. Instead I just installed Affinity Designer. Has all the tools I need, is very affordable, and is blazig fast.
