left and right paragraph direction

Hi, I am using Illustrator on a new Macbook Pro with M1 apple silicon. and I need to use " left and right paragraph direction" it's not available any were in the program (this tool) !!!!! and its important for my work.

If you are talking about the Paragraph direction, you have to change the text engine to Middle Eastern and South Asian, create a new document and then under Type>Language Options click on Middle Eastern Feature.

You can find the ME/SA options in the Paragraphs Panel drop down:
