I wrongly assumed (not knowing, because she never mentioned, that she was moving the post not offering an answer) that she was pointing me towards the link at the bottom of the middle row of suggestions on the page you quote. It addresses my topic so I'm pretty sure that's what she was attempting to point me towards … except the information is wrong or redundant!
The link leads to this: https://forums.adobe.com/message/8162155#8162155
Really don't want to go on and on about this as it deflects from the issue and my whole point is to avoid time wasting.
I'm SORRY once again if I offended anyone. If anyone else can help with finding a solution to the issue it would be warmly received.
Regards and thanks again - DB
i don't think anyone's going to be offended. i personally think cc libraries are still a long way from where they should be. and yeah sheena was just moving the post; that link just happens to be on the front page for the illustrator forum at the moment.
when we first started using libraries, we had a lot of problems with them not updating as the CC app didn't seem to log in properly. a few updates down and those things seem to have resolved themselves. i think one of the issues was our network itself, or at least, it was resolved with the help of our IT dept.
i believe the little CC icon at the bottom of the libraries panel acts as an 'update' button. you can check the status of the library there anyway. does that look normal? no little 'x' next to it?
