Library items do not update!

Hi, I double clicked an item in my library, an illustrator file. Here I made a few tweeks and saved it and closed the file.

In the library it has not updated and is not reflected in other applications/links.

How can I fix this?

I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I'll take a it a step further: Take the same file to another machine and it won't even load the libraries?
I doubt reinstalling Creative Cloud is going to make a difference.

And just like that: Presto! It's working again, on both machines.
I suspect there's a point where the Adobe servers can't keep up.

Hello @garethirwin1234,

Could you share more details, like the OS/Illustrator version, and if this happens with new Library items as well, so I can better assist you?

Also, please try the following steps and share your observations:

 

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/42P8Vef)
  • Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/42P90i3)
  • Relaunch Illustrator
