Library not loading in any of my apps

I recenty bought a new Mac which is updated to the most recent version. Since then, I have been unable to access my library.

My Library panel says this:

 

I have tried following the prompts and re-downloading the CC app as well as closing all Adobe apps, restarting my computer and the problem persists.

Yes I did try that. No changes.
