Library Settings Not Working

I have created some paragraph and character styles in a library to share with co-workers and I've set the leading to auto, the style says auto, but whenever they actually use the styles it defaults to 0.1 pt. Is there a fix for this?

As already mentioned, it's a reproducible bug.

A rather crude workaround to transfer the unaltered paragraph style would be to save a type object to which the style is applied as a text element in the library and place it into other documents. The undamaged style will then be available in the regular Paragraph Styles palette.

I tried adding a text element to the library instead of a paragraph style, and it still changes the leading when applied from the Paragraph Styles palette.

I can reproduce that.

In the mean time, don't use Auto leading. Is it crucial that you use Auto? In many cases it can lead to issues anyway.

Thanks.

We've never had issues with auto leading for what we do.
