Library Tour Pops Up Every Time

Every...single...time....I open the library in illustrator I get a 3 part pop up window "tour" of the library. There is no "don't show this again" or way to turn it off but it literally happens EVERY TIME! I need my library multiple times per day, and heaven forbid I close illustrator, I have to clear out 3 windows AGAIN. I would do whatever it takes to make this stop...I found old forums from 2021 discussing this very issue, here we are 3 years later paying nearly double what it used to cost experiencing the same frustrating user interface bs errors...please help this stop im going crazy over here

    Same issue. Drives me insane. Tried reinstalling. Issue persists. This is throwing off my workflow. 

     

    There are forum posts as far back as 2019 talking about this. Why is this still an issue?

      I am sorry to hear about your experience. The tour should only appear the first two times the library panel is opened. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared above to check if they help?

      Hello @miranda-briana_2685,

      I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

       

      • Close all Adobe applications
      • Remove Illustrator and the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3Yj9RUI)
      • Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/48iEpdZ) and Illustrator
      • Relaunch Illustrator
