Lines become very thin when I use Live Paint, areas overlap

Hi there,

 

I have a problem with the Live Paint "tool" (or process or whatever ^^).

 

I want to colour a shoe. I click on Live Paint -> Make and the lines of the shoe suddenly become very thin and the areas overlap, when I want to colour them. It didn't use to be that way.

You get a warning that brushes are not supported, that is what you probably used.

Maybe I used the Paint Brush Tool and not the Blub Brush Tool. Because with the Blub Brush it used to work.

I did another shoe with the blob brush tool now, and it works again. I'm not sure what my fault was but I probably used the paint brush.
