I noticed you mentioned sharing a file and video, but I didn’t see any attachment for the file. Could you please try uploading the file again, so I can take a closer look at the issue?

In the meantime, make sure the linked PDF is at a high resolution, as low-res files can sometimes cause blurriness when tracing. Also, if you're experiencing performance issues, try lowering the preview quality in Illustrator for smoother tracing (let me know the observations). 

Could you also confirm which version of Illustrator you're using and share your operating system details?
