Linked images turning blue or maybe inverted in Illustrator

Hello, Mike. Thanks for your answer. Upon changing the linked image to psd a set of green blue bands appeared. It also appears in the exported file.

Thanks for replying. I definitely think this is a GPU issue. I have version 28.1 of Adobe Illustrator (which I think on a Windows 10 64 bit PC. RAM is 32GB, My processor is AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor 3.20 GHz. My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
