my live paint is not working and i cant find the answer anywhere, its not my layers or paths being blank they all have artwork on them, i can see the color on the layers panel but it never shows up on my actual artwork and im getting very frustrated at this point

Are you in Outline Preview? Cmd or Ctrl Y will show you the preview (see the View Menu).

do you try to do something with pathfinder tool? Is it working with the same layers selected?
