Load paragraph style in AI not working

I've followed the instructions to a tee but when I try to load paragraph styles from other .AI files into my current doc, nothing populates, as in none of the paragraph styles load.

Does anyone have this issue or a solution?

If you select the Load All Styles option in the Character Styles panel, you need to click the Paragraph Styles panel to see if any Paragraph styles are loaded.
