Logging in isue.

Hi there, I subscribed Adobe Design Mobile Bundle Premium apps for iPhone & iPad, Billed monthly! I am on my free trial and I'm having issues logging in I will share this photo, hope anyone can help!

Hello @39945163,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Illustrator. Could you please try signing out of the app and then logging back in using a different email you may have used, or by choosing one of the social sign-in options like Facebook or Google? Let me know if that resolves the issue.

Hi Anubhav, thanks for getting back to me! 

I tried that last night and again now but it’s still not working. 
Soon I need to start working on something and I need this to work, if you can help me as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated!
