Logo Grid Generator JavaScript Error

2 days back, I bought Logo Grid Generator from https://www.akrivi.io/ 

Installed the .pkg file I received and while activating the key in Illustrator, I am getting this error pop up: JavaScript Alert - file:///Library/ Application%20Support/Adobe/ CEP/extensions/ com.LogoGridGeneratorV2.2-AS/ client/index.html Something failed! 1: 1

Tried connecting with Akrivi support, but they are lazy people who decided not to respond to the solution. 

Can anybody help me fix this issue? 

 

(I tried installing the extension by .pkg and ZXP both. Same error)

@Bharat_Gothwal8334 Maybe the extension may not be compatible with your specific version of Adobe Illustrator or your operating system (MAC or Windows)? Look at Logo Grid Generator specs and see if your computer orIllustrator can actually use it. You may need to update Illustrator. 

You may try a manual way installing it. Manually delete the extension's folder from the following location: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/. Look for the folder named com.LogoGridGeneratorV2.2-AS. Then, try installing the extension again using either the .pkg or ZXP method. If tat doesn't work, contact the developer through social media, such as 'X' or contact them through their website. You might have a window to refund. Don't leave it too late, or else you may not get it. good luck
