I dont know if i am in the right place but i am geting a logtranport2.exe erro on my windows 365 desk top.

and i need help.

I've moved this from Illustrator for iPad to the regular Illustrator section. I'm also changing the title of the post to the correctly spelled "logtransport2.exe."
